Tamela Giroux Realtor

Tamela assisted my girlfriend with the buying of her new home, and her father buying a home as well. I know that my gf was completely satisfied with the process. When I am ready to sell my home, I am definitely using Tamela to do so.

I was moving from Savannah to the Clarksville area. I needed to find a realtor who could work with me long distance, and who I could trust. Even with buying a house, you need a realtor who knows what they are doing (I have bought 3 houses, and sold 2...I have worked with some awful realtors so I know the importance of a good one). I found Tamela on Zillow, and started by reading her reviews. She came highly recommended in the military community so I knew that she could handle long distance (and being a prior military family, I know how those moves are as well). Tamela was great from the moment I spoke with her, she listened to me and what I wanted. When I was in the area, she took me around since I didn't know where I was going. She cleared herself for the weekend I was there, because she knew I had a small window. After a lot of effort we found the perfect house for my family. I went back to Savannah and Tamela helped me through out the process. She was able to answer all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the process. She added things to the offer that I would never have thought of (like mowing the lawn before closing). It may seem trivial but let me tell you, when you are moving in, and don't have a lawn mower, and tired...you'll be very happy to know that is one less thing that has to be done immediately. I closed almost a month ago, and Tamela is still in touch with me. When I have questions about where to go, she has an answer to help me. She had told me at closing, that I can always contact her if I need something, and she meant it. She even will text me from time to time to see how we are doing! I have already recommended her to the military families that I know PCSing to Fort Campbell. Truly the best realtor out there, and she cares about the families she is working with!
