I actually did not have bad experience while renting with topflight. The bad came after our move out inspection. The actual inspection went okay. The prices for certain minor repairs are quite steep. The tenants are set up for failure if any thing touches the walls; they use the cheapest paint. Also, the actual property wasn't in the condition they expect upon move out, when we first moved in. The worst part was trying to receive the $325.00 they owed us for our security deposit. After over month of waiting, me and husband decided to call. Only to be told that they mailed out the check an entire month ago, and that if we wanted another check we would have to pay them $45.00 to cancel the check, and then they would send another. (Even though they checked and the check was never cashed) I questioned Kasey about wanting proof that the check was actually sent out. I was denied any proof, and was told the check was just sent through USPS, without a tracking number. After getting no resolution with Kasey, my husband then contacted the Manager, I'm not sure what her name is. She was also no help, and full of attitude. Considering that they took upon themselves to send it with USPS, and not offer us a more reliable mailing option, they were at fault, and should of fixed the problem, cost free. Now had it of been money we owed topflight, I'm sure they would not be too happy if we told them we mailed out a check and if they wanted another, they would have to pay our check cancellation fee. This company has zero customer service skills. I can now see why the ratings are so low, and they will continue to lower if they don't change the way they treat people, especially good tenants. Oddly we received the check a week after we started calling them about it. I'm pretty sure they never mailed it, and never planned to if we didn't keep calling. This company needs to reevaluate its morals. I would never recommend this place to any one who cares about their money.
OWNERS BEWARE!!!From the start of the professional relationship I believe Topflight has tried to over-charge and got as much money from us as possibleOn a number of occasions we did not receive the full amount of rent.I asked for an invoice of the labor and materials used because I felt as though they overcharged us. I was told the vendor does not “break down” the invoice in that manner. Many of the employees have selective memory. On a few occasions conversations I have had with employees, the employees seem to forget.It took a long time for them to return my calls.Our property manager “Delicia” was hostile. Very hostileThe property manager called me one evening. She did not like the questions I was asking her. Even though I did not raise my voice to her she was very rude and she started yelling at me and told me she was working late providing customer service and deserved respect. She eventually called me a few mother f$@$@#”s and hung up on me.
So let me start off by saying, I have never heard of a more untruthful company. I myself live in Colorado the home to not one, not two but many military bases. I was already made aware of this company and how shady they are. I would not have my worst enemy use this company, Let me ask a question, If they belong to all these BBB ect... Why do they have so many bad reviews? Humm makes you wonder that maybe there is some truth to the bad reviews huh. All these reviews or at least the ones I have been reading, all have the same thing in common, go figure. They say that they give advance notice for move out, then why did I speak to people that used this company, and they all stated the same thing, they only had 30 days to move, not to mention that they charged an outrageous amount after move out? Seems to me this is how they stay in business. If I could give a negative 200 stars, I would. This is my opinion. Topflight needs to take a flight! As

This property manager is the absolute worst, rude and uninterested in her clients renting experience. Over five months and countless emails nothing has been fixed. No response at all. We contacted the previous renters before us and they said their experience was horrible. The SAME repairs were needed from them! All this manager is interested in is locking you down in a lease and taking your money. Disgusting excuse for a professional.
So, the previous review was my homeowner and the issue isn't the team at Vision, it's that guy. The Vision Team has always been responsive, polite, helpful, and I feel like they care about my Family and I. We own three houses, two in the Clarksville area, and I am switching my property management to Vision Realty. The ladies took a lot of abuse from my homeowner and the outside realtor he hired to sell the house. I will review that realtor separately. The team at Vision did their best to keep the peace and resolve everything quickly, I am happy that they no longer have to deal with that homeowner. I absolutely recommend Melinda and Kim and will definitely use them again.
Property Owners Beware!!!!!!!! Vision is very poorly run and does not handle business in a professional manner. They have been managing our property for the last few years and all was well until Mike Grooves passed away. Now it seems the office is never open and they refuse to call the property owners back. They released my house after I told them not to by email and on the phone, not to mention the fact that they never informed us that they had released the home until we were ready to send a eviction notice to the tenants. We have had to retrain an attorney to force Vision Realty to get our current tenants out of our home. Please do not make the same mistakes that we have by doing business with this company.
Absolutely terrible. I've only been a tenant for 2.5 weeks and already I can't wait to move. We moved into a house that sat empty for around a year (I REALLY had to pull teeth to find that out when I asked about it, and it wasn't even solidly confirmed) and it has so many routine maintenance issues, it's laughable. The place wasn't even looked at before they gave us the keys, and if it had been, they could've easily addressed most of the concerns I have. I have had them cancel a work order with no notice, and they've ignored some significant requests that I sent on the second day after we moved in. I've been told they're "waiting" on one vendor about repairing our front door which doesn't latch and lock properly, and literally no other updates about my other 5-6 initial maintenance concerns. The customer service is severely lacking and some employees make me feel like they're ignoring me or laughing at me. I've had only one positive discussion with one person at this office and even then, when she made me feel I'd been heard, nothing has changed as far as the ridiculously poor communication. When I emailed the office directly, I wasn't even given a reply email saying, "We got your email and will look into it." I had to walk in two days later to even get confirmation that my email had been opened.
Horizon Realty & Management provided the best service you could as for. Especially as someone who moves quite often, they were great to work with.
Been living here almost 4 months and it's horrible. First off the problems with the mold everywhere..the above neighbors I've complained about several times. They said " they've sent out letters and called her about the complaints. Seems like this never happened because nothing has changed. I'm definitely not renewing my lease here. Worse experience ever. Been miserable since I moved in..
