Eagles Crest at Jack Miller

I lived here for a year and this place is just terrible. The only pros of this apartment complex: the dog park, the pool, and a few of the maintenance. The cons... everything else! The office staff was terrible. The property manager was just down right mean. She always had an attitude (atleast the few times i actually got to see her, she was never there!) I had many problems in my apartment that she would do ABSOLUTELY nothing about. I eventually gave up and went straight to the maintenance staff who was very helpful and kind. The property manager couldnt even solve safety issues with other residents. Many residents have complained to the freeman webb office and this vile woman is somehow still there. I broke out of my lease mainly because of how i was treated by her and her assistant. A young man who was not quite as rude. The apartments could be better for the amount they make you pay but overall, theyre okay. The pool and overall cleanliness of the complex was very good. Most of the residents were friendly, of course there were a few that i couldve lived without meeting. Theres always a few. But would i suggest this apartment complex to anyone? Never. Not even to someone I despise.
