Burkhart's Mobile Home Park

I was very disappointed. WE just moved here and was looking for a place to rent. My husband is a great handy man so we was looking at 1 that needing some fixing up and that was not a problem but the website says bad credit is ok cause they understand hard times so we went ahead and filled out an app. And got denied but nobody will give a reason WHY? We still have a house where we came from that is behind on payments and we are working with the bank and a friend for them to take it over and my husband explained that and the manager said oh we really don't look too close at your credit score. My husband's plant went to Mexico so we had no choice but to move where there is a better chance of getting a job. I feel that their website is false advertisement!!! I have an in homke business and I will make sure EVERYONE knows how we was done here!!

I cannot tell you about living in Blue Sky Estates but know that it is aptly named because of the blue sky you see through the many abandoned, burnt out and dangerous trailers that are within the park. I recently went to visit a new friend there and was absolutely appalled by the conditions that I saw there. She told me of the ridiculous lot rates and, when I asked, told me that there are no laundry facilities. It is is in a dangerous area of town and I, vehemently, advise you to visit before you commit to living here.

I'm the current Manager here at Blue Sky Estates and a lot has changed since these other reviews were written. I have made it my personal mission to remove and eradicate the criminal activity that was destroying this community. I am very proud to say that in the last 3 years that I have been in charge of this Park it has been doing nothing but improving. I don't have any drug addicts or homeless people working for me, drama and fighting here is now nonexistent. Feel free to drive through the park anytime and see the difference. Be warned though that there's a chance you will be followed and asked what your here for by me since I enjoy doing security rounds at all times of the day and night. Burkharts Mobile home park is ran by drug addicts the manager has homeless men who live in the woods doing "mantainance" if that's what you want to call it. She has her in-laws employed as the "cleaners" when ever someone moves she showed me about 7 trailers and they ALL had roaches and broken windows. Some had no faucets the carpets are nasty and there is human waste in every toilet piled to the brim. She tells me I'm going to be approved and after calling her over and over for 3 weeks straight she finally tells me I've been denied and tried to ask me for a 20 dollar application fee in CASH. Her cleaning crew stand outside their trailer screaming and yelling at each other all hours of the night. There are illegal imagrants living there. As long as you're a drug dealer or addict she'll apporve you. I'm calling the BBB and INS on her. She won't give out the owners name or number because she don't want them to know the crap poor job she's doing stay away from crackville TN

This trailer court is simply disgusting!!!!!!!! She will get you approved for the trailer and give you no other details. If you go to ask her anything, she gets an attitude, as if you're in the wrong. I fogged the trailer with ten bombs, in a weeks time. That trailer still had roaches in there. They won't fix things they believe don't need fixing. Their are drug dealers and drug addicts over, keeping up noise all time of the nite. I don't know what I was thinking when I moved to that trailer park.
