        Very Poor Customer Service

        Between my mother and I we have spent over $1500.00 ( including a crib) on our new baby that just turned 3 months old. Last night the bottle sterilizer ( store brand) died. I called to see if I could exchange it for a new one and was told unless it was on my registry that I could NOT if it was over 90 days since I bought it. I spoke with a manager and he did not seem to concerned when I told he I felt like I had little value as a customer and would spend my baby dollars elsewhere. I just wanted others to know before you buy things there and expect them to last more than 3 months.
