Best Spa in Cvlle for sure, gorgeous decor., very friendly staff. what I really appreciated the staff were so knowledgeable about the body and skin. I have been to other local spas whom I have asked questions about my skin- even derms- and they could never give me a straight answer. This is the place to go especially if you have concerns with your skin.

I made a nail appointment about two hours before the appointment and was informed that the spa needed a credit card to hold the appt., which I provided. They did not tell me that they would charge me the full amount if I cancelled. I called an hour before the appointment to cancel and am now out for a service I did not receive. I consider this terrible customer service completely out of character in Charlottesville.

Neroli is a little piece of heaven transported to C'ville!It looks like a big-city spa -- very chic and cool -- but everyone is very friendly yet professional. The robes are plush and the relaxation room - complete with refreshments - is the best. The room color cycles through the rainbow, never seen that before!The facials use the Elemis products, which I got hooked on during a cruise. So great to have a local source! The massage table is heated, which I love
