I went here to overnight a package. You expect to pay a little more than what it would cost if you go to UPS or the PO directly. But these guys first wanted to charge $68 for a letter to go Sat- Mon to Boston. USPS does it for $23.00



I went out to Tuesday and then agreed... The guy behind the counter looked intelligent, clean and like he may have had a college degree. Then, he proceeded to ask me to spell ORLANDO, and ROAD and HOSPICE and BEACON and on and on... He made mistakes on the delivery form that I had to call and have corrected when I got home even after I spelled Hospice he spelled it HOCPIC.... Really?



The owner was right there and as I was fed up with the stupidity he interjected and said "he may not understand you"?? Really I and he spoke perfect English and we were two feet away and I am a louder speaker.. Nice try by the person responsible for this type of customer service.



Horrible service inflated prices and not worth your Sat afternoon or, otherwise! DO NOT USE. My opinion, my experience and my right!

If I were you I would do business elsewhere, unless you don't mind being screwed!
