My Kids Child Care Center

I am a three time client for over a wonderful span of 12 years. I have 3 children 12, 7,and 2 and Mrs. Sanders have been very understanding and accommodating to me and I've witnessed the same treatment with other clients as well. If you don't like policy, structure, and want to pickup your kids late all the time then this place is not for your family. However if u want your kids in a safe, stable, learning environment than this place is for your family. Mrs. Coley-Director and Mrs. Sanders-Owner are professionals, they put the kids first, know each and every child individually, and with the excellent staff takes the care for the children to the next level. My kids is a safe haven and a reliable source for all kids.

"Absolutely horrible" are words that would accurately describe Thersa Sanders and Elaina Coley.. who happen to be owner and director. As someone stated I'm another review, this daycare is definitely a wolf in sheep's clothing. The building is beautiful, even the head teachers are good at what they do. The problem is the owner and her " I run the world" mentality, yes you have the right to run your business as you want, but you do not have the right to disrespect or belittle almost every person who walks through your doors. I am writing this review from a parent (first) and former employees standpoint and I will leave it at this...if you would like to be treated with respect, and not fed the sugar coated side of everything..do not take your children here, nor attempt employment. The business is a revolving door of babies and employees because no one can deal with the evil, manipulative Sanders.
"Very unethical"

My granddaughter (Shardie) attended My Kids from 2 months old until 2 1/2 years. We were very pleased. She learned a lot and they helped with her becoming the happy little girl she is who started Pre-K today now living in Georgia. Thank you Sanders Family and Staff

I'd like to start with the most important piece which is DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE. The "family" that owns this place is sick. They have no class. The owners know nothing about children. The staff used to be very good with my child but now I look at the place and I don't know a single face except for a few. It seems that her staff had enough and called it quits even though they seemed to really like the kids. Thank God my child will be going to school soon. Its sad because this place had a lot of potential. But its all gone. Its time for them to call it quits. Buffalo is a small city and people talk. Check out their other reviews on other sites snd they'll all say this place is a bust.

I have known the Sanders for 10 years and watched them transition from a home based childcare center to a state-of-art center-based daycare center which can care for 150 children. They must be doing something right. When I visit there I see happy staff, happy children and professional leadership.

This place is like a wolf in sheeps clothing!!! From the outside the Sanders seem like nice people but in reality they are rude, malicious and have no integrity. After a complaint was made to the BBB Mrs. Sanders (Thresa) retaliated by terminating my services without warning. Leaving me without child care and out of work for over a month. I have no family in Buffalo so child care in a necessity for me the Sanders have no decensy or respect the whole family is low class. The staff and teachers there are GREAT!! The Sanders absolutly horrible people!

My two children have been With Mrs. Sanders and My Kids Childcare since 2003 before the Grand Opening. The atmosphere is wonderful and they have an excellent staff. My girls love it there!!! I'm a VERY overprotective single father that couldn't imagine leaving my babies anywhere else. I wish there were five more stars on this page. I highly recommend My Kids for childcare.

I recently made a complaint to the BBB for rude and unprofessional service at this daycare. After receiving a copy of my complaint from the BBB, the daycare director, retaliated and terminated services.
