Willie Armstrong handled my father-in-law's cremation. If I could give less than 1 star I would. He was prompt in returning all calls until he received payment. We have not received the death certificates in the mail as he promised. He won't take or return any calls. It's been weeks now. Multiple family members have attempted to call and text. He simply will not return any calls. He is extremely unprofessional to say the least. Willie was somehow able to successfully make the most difficult of times even MORE DIFFICULT. If you're considering using Mr. Armstrong's services, don't.
