My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from this business. In the age of COVID I was very disheartened to see not a single employee wearing a mask or taking social distancing precautions on not one, but two different occasions. This is especially worrisome as we were told that one of their employees was recently ill during the pandemic, meaning the potential exposure risk was very high. During the encounter we were forced into small rooms with people walking in and out as they pleased, not taking any regard for the dangers to the customers. Furthermore, their sanitation of the car after test driving consisted of baby wipes, which are not actually antimicrobial. As far as purchasing the car, I was very unhappy in the way we were treated by the staff as they made passive aggressive comments and were unprofessional going as far as to harass me even after purchasing the vehicle. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this establishment as they clearly do not value customer safety and have poor customer service.

Greg(big boss)told me he'll have my car waxed and buffed for when I pick it up..... Good one I got a car wash once I got home.MINOR thing all good no worries.



Car needed some minor paint touch ups (probably bc Greg was driving it everyday) SO I had to chase them down till they finally sent my paint they said they would (3 weeks later after I had to reach out, again&again)



Bought the car with a little over 27,000 miles..I knew Greg was driving it everyday till I put down the down payment and could pick up the car on the weekend... Come back car is up another 150miles..with a cigarette burn in the drivers seat and a cigarette (one of those skinny girly ones) in my cup holder



Next thing...Everything should be disclosed correct? WELLLLL no one told me my AC doesn't work...Torn hose etc...AKA $700 out of my pocket!



Man JUST don't do it.... otherwise if you really like the car go for it but just budget an extra 500-2000$ for needed repairs ONCE you pull off the lot.
