I apologize for any mis-communication you experienced during your landscape installation. It is true that we do ask for a down payment (to pay for materials and overhead) when a client signs a installation contract. However, to think you would never see us, I must object. Terravista has been in business for over 20 years and belongs to numerous chamber of commerce's, the Better Business Bureau and have both our landscape contractors license as well as our state contractors license. Changes were made with your approval and were deducted from the proposed bid. We never install a landscape without prior approval of the plan. Our installation staff is well educated in how to install material. Their manager, as well as our design department, are responsible for plant knowledge and the location of such plants. We do our best to issue a credit for any unused materials. We appreciate clients that do get involved and are aware of what we do install or do not install. Finally, we appreciate any and all feedback. By reviewing our past mistakes, we better ourselves. I apologize again for the "disaster". We assume you are happy with the final result.
