        Overall

        The manager need's a 101 in customer service. I actually asked her for her last name and she stated none of my business well actually as a manager in customer service it is the customers business I need it to report you to the BBB. Well I have no statements to make on the actual skill of the physician on duty due to lack of knowledge however, if you need to speak to someone good luck with the manager...If you have or can afford another source please do yourself a favor and look around.
