Norwood Tower Management Co

This is the worst property management company I have ever encountered, and this includes terrible apts when I lived in West Campus at UT. This company's idea of resolving a tenant's issue when they are stuck in the elevator at 2 am after a long day at work is to send a technician that is 1.5 hours away. When asking the Norwood after hours operator if this is how they would want a family member to be treated, they admitted it was unacceptable as well. They also recommended against calling the fire department since the technician was on the way. Avoid this company at ALL costs!!!
