Maintenance Technician

I contacted the business Maintenance Technician and spoke with Fox the owner of the company. He was so pleasant to speak with and made arrangement with me to look at my list of repairs. He went down the list and walked through each problem I needed repaired or replaced. Once we were done talking about each problem he asked for my email address so he could send me his proposal bid on all the repairs. I was amazed how quickly I received the proposal within 24 hours. The price was really reasonable & fair. I accepted the proposal bid and before he would start the work I had to sign the contract. This way he and I, both, would be in full agreement knowing what the work I was receiving and he knowing the work he was giving. He did all the work to my satisfaction and I was really pleased with the quality of the work that was done by the Maintenance Technician crew. They cleaned their mess each day they worked before leaving and the work was completed as agreed. I would recommend Mr. Fox and his business Maintenance Technician to everyone and anyone that ask me if I know of someone that's able to do repair work at their house. On the business card I received, Maintenance Technician does so much and they're able to do your repairs too.
