Aiken Flooring

A year or so ago my mother's kitchen, living room, & hallway area flooded when something happened with her washing machine. Sadly, she picked this company for her flooring. Her insurance covered a lot, but she still had to pay out of pocket. First, they drank all of her sodas & left her refrigerator unplugged (all food went bad, & of course it was full), then they left her dinning room furniture outside overnight & were pretty rude and messy. Best part though is that even though she let them know her dogs might make messes & that the laminate was going to be in her kitchen (where spills happen) they told her it would do fine But the occasional splash even leaves the floor ruined & now she is unable to replace their mistake of just saying it would be ok when they should have known better. When my mother first let them know, she spoke with Donna who refused to help saying to crate the dogs even though the majority of messes wasn't from them. How can a business run this way say open...

They were the lowest price and oh what a mess. Wish I had never stopped here. When renovating our kitchen they were the worst contractor we dealt with. Cutting corners and inexperienced installers. They do not use local installers, so you have mainly have day labor and not qualified flooring personel. Hope this helps before they screw up another job.
