I am a professional sales person and make my livelihood by appointments for over thirty years so I understand anything can happen. But today I met with Charles Marrs for the first time. My wife had been trying to get Charles or his wife to contact her regarding last years tax work for the last two weeks? Charles and his wife did not respond to emails, texting, cell or land line phone messages that could be left. His cell messaging was full as I demonstrated to him in his office today! It had been full for two weeks at least!
Charles gave me our paperwork today and told me we had just "slipped his mind" along with an appointment I had with Charles at his office last week? Charles was a no show. He just blew it off and did not respond to phone calls made that night or afterwords along with many attempts to contact since by my wife? His wife also just forwarded my wife's texted efforts and emails to Charles with no response until I went to his office today? I got my paper work and got the hell out! Stay away form this business! Be Forewarned!

Charles Marrs and everyone at The Income Tax Office KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I have been doing business with them for many years, and I have never been disappointed. After many years of my wife doing business with an accountant in the High Desert, she switched to the Income Tax Office and she is now as grateful as I am.
