So unprofessional . I called them an ordered a cab , the cab driver forced me out the cab because I didn't come out the address I gave them . My address is 1/2 so it doesn't come up on GPS , in the past when I gave them my actual address they couldn't find my house. Which is typical no one usually can . So they end up calling me & I have to direct them to my house . Instead of having to do that , I give them my neighbors address so they can actually find me without getting lost. Since I didn't come out of my neighbors EXACT address the guy left & made me get out of the car . I had money & I was beyond polite the driver was incredibly rude . I called the cab company they apologized said they were sending a cab . They didn't end up sending a cab and they blocked my phone number. They were so unprofessional and rude. They have terrible customer service . The female dispatcher who answers is beyond rude , If I could give them 0 stars I would. So mad they made me extremely late for work . Yellow cab may be a little more but at least you know you'll be treated with professionalism .

I would give this company 0 stars if i could. I call almost everyday for work and other needs. The female dispatcher this one time was so rude it was unnacceptable. Completely lost my business!! Call another company there always late cant understand you because of there language barrier. Not worth it!
I called Yellowcab last night around 1AM and said "can i please have a cab to (bar name) as soon as possible" and the dispatcher responded with "who the F**k do you think you are, dont call here and make demands" .. well for starters I am not just going to call to say hi (Especially when you are that rude) and I think I am a paying customer who is going to take her business elsewhere from now on!
Called dispatcher on 5-4-13 Saturday at 11:40pm because the app was not showing my call being answered after 5 minutes had passed. Dispatcher was very rude. Responded "well you called 4 minutes ago and we are not a jet service." I told him to cancel the order! If your dispatcher was having a bad day. Why should he be rude to everyone else? Lost my business for the night. Simply unnecessary. And this is not the first time with him! I'm a paying customer or at least was. I won't be calling anymore.
I called and scheduled a cab for someone whom I was using my card to pay for the cab. The cab was scheduled for 11:30pm and the dispatcher called me 12:00am because the other person could not be found the dispatcher was very rude and I had no idea that this person never got the cab and the dispatcher calls me and starts yelling at me. Horrible Customer Service. IF YOU HAVE ANY SELF WORTH AT ALL CALL A DIFFERENT CAB COMPANY LIKE RED CAB 1-508-792-9999 If anyone else has had the same issue I urge you to call and file a complaint I am going too. I am also never using Worcester Yellow Cab again.
This has to be the worst cab company in the whole town of Worcester, save your self time, money, and piece of mind by calling another company. The dispatchers are rude, and often hang up on callers, I don't know how they expect to make money this way, but whatever works for them. There are often times when the cab that you call for does not show up, or they are running at least 30mins to and hour behind. The drivers sometimes try to take advantage of the riders when they know the passeenger doesn't know the area well, so they take the longest route around just to raise the fare. So all in all this is a terrible company, they are never punctual, the dispatchers are rude and disresepctful. Save yourself the time and the money.
