It appears that mail carriers serving my west end neighborhood are over-worked. There are quite a few carriers that deliver my mail, all of them harried and polite in spite of it. Sadly, since September 2016 my mail service has deteriorated. Before that only magazines would get lost or I would get other people's magazines. IT IS WORSE since September, 2016. In the past six months my replacement debit card, my new charge card, and my December bank loan statement have been lost in the mail. I have documented and reported problems to the local office and the consumer affairs office in Tampa in hopes that service can be improved. Prior to that, I stopped by at the post office and spoke to the "man in charge" on a Saturday.
