I am completely upset and outraged every time I call them i cannot speak to an owner it's been 4 days now. At this point my hair is completely fried and I will have to cut off an additional 5 inches off my head for the bleaching overload that was done my hair was not processed correctly not even close to what I had specifically asked for i had asked for a dark root blendings to a burgundy color with light tips and it was dyed blue against my request when I came in I had photos of what I wanted to get done I was trying be nice and patient and contact the stylist on suggestions to repair my damaged hair by then went and spent another $80 worth in products such as the joico k replenishing balm and conditioner and an olaplex NO3 home treatment after spending $260 to get my hair fried and dyed the wrong color oh and the Stylist had then decided to leave stained dye on my scalp ears and neck when i had left I went in for a 1:35 p.m. appointment and did not leave their building until 7:20 p.m. after explaining to my stylist I needed to be at work at 6 to only receive a bleaching and temporary dye has now officially been 21 days since my last appointment and my hair feels like worse then crunchy Ramen noodles it is still ripping out I cannot brush it even with a wide tooth comb and the temporary dye is not as temporary as the stylist had explained so now i will have to go cough up an additional $300 to get my hair repaired with another stylist that will treat to my hair and hopefully recover what is left hopefully now I can receive some kind of reimbursement for my time and loss of hair or at least be contacted back I will also be posting photos of the crappie job and a before shot so you can see for yourself

Loved the Salon! Loved the set up and how friendly the women were. Mary cut my hair exactly how I wanted and gave me some new hair confidence! On top of that, my son had to join me and the staff was so kind to him. Got to love a place that accommodates the little ones too! Posted by Kathryn a Elizabeth Cabigas 2017

A great place to feel your best and be pampered. Been going here for almost 10 years. They provide a variety of spa services. Never been dissapointed. Excellent place, highly recommend.
Stephanie cut my hair, and I want to recommend her to everyone!! Stephanie had me first talk about my hair and what my vision was, listened very carefully and made me feel comfortable through the whole process that she had all my requests in mind! She was very knowledgeable about curly hair, and knew exactly how to treat my hair so that the cut accentuated my natural texture. I came in with a horribly assymmetric hairstyle coming from trying to grow out a shaved side, and I feel like she transformed me into a new woman! I will definitely be back to see Stephanie for all my curly hair needs!!
Kim Best, Nail Tech, does a fantastic job with my acrylics (full set and regular fills) and my pedicures. I take my daughters to her her for their manicures and pedicures also. They always feel like little princesses because Kim pampers them royally! She's a talented tech and an overall great person. Never an issue with scheduling, always on time and her prices are reasonable for quality work.
Fantastic salon and located steps from Park Ave which I love to get hair done and meet friends for lunch or dinner. Carmen (also known as Aviah) is a true professional and who I go to at Bella Ella. I follow her wherever she goes. The place also does nails etc, but I haven't used those services, yet. But I understand they have bridal parties in there, too.
Got a groupon to try this salon and the experience was horrible. I will never come back this place again. Never recommend this salon.
Being new in town and my first time to go to this salon I asked for a stylist that was experienced with cutting curly, coarse hair. They set my appt with Suzanne. First of all, when I get there I find out that Suzanne is new and has only been there for 3 months. I got nervous when she went to wash my hair and turned on the freezing cold water. I had to tell her a couple times that the water temp was too cold. I'm getting really nervous now. I tell her what I want done and even show her a picture of my hair after my last haircut. She proceeds to cut my hair really slow and she seems unsure of herself which makes me uneasy. After barely cutting my hair and blowdrying it, I look in the mirror at the back of my hair and it looks uneven with no style what so ever. I told her that I wasn't happy and she proceeds to ask me what she should do. I told her I wasn't the stylist and that she should know what to do. Needless to say I got up and paid (50.00 + tip). I will never go back and I am writing this review because I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Its not just Suzanne's fault its also the girl who scheduled my appt. Just plain bad all around. My first and last time at this salon.
Love my hair stylist Lindsay Echevarria! She always makes my hair look great and I love getting my hair done!
