Great Priced Furniture

I placed an order with Great Priced Furniture over the phone on August 18, 2011. The man who helped place my order was professional and helpful. That was the last good experience I had with this company. It took me three calls just to receive a receipt. That should have been my first clue.



Things got worse from there. My Stanley furniture I was promised never arrived. After SEVERAL phone calls and e-mails all I got was false promises. Their response? "Our upper management is working with Stanley to fulfill your order. I should know something by next week" Well, "next week" came and went without a phone call. Cindy Wright was my point of contact and she rarely initiated contact, usually it was me hunting her down.



Finally in October I went through another online vendor and you know what?? My furniture arrived within 3 DAYS!! If Great Priced Furniture couldn't fulfill my order why didn't they just tell me instead of leading me along?!?!?



I contacted Great Priced Furniture for a refund. I received no response. I contacted them again and was promised a refund that DID NOT COME! I have NEVER had to file a dispute with my credit card but that is what it took to get a refund from Great Priced Furniture. Wow. Luckily I kept all my e-mails from this shady company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GREAT PRICED FURNITURE!
