Worst customer service of any National Rental Car Locations! If you are an Executive Elite or Emerald Club Member BE PREPARED for a shock. Your typical upgrades you have earned and get at other locations - will not happen here. If you ask why - the answer is we are a stand alone franchise and our manager doesn't allow us to do upgrades without charging you. Then you are told if the rep was to give you an upgrade they would be reprimanded and could lose their job. Skip this location even if you have elite status and rent a car from another company while in the Wichita area - you will have a more positive rental experience with a newer; cleaner and upgraded vehicle for less money.
