Best dealership ever!
I've shopped a few other dealerships and bought from one other one because of the "deal" they had on the vehicle. It turned out to be a total junker.
I've purchased multiple vehicles from Robert Kinney The Redneck Guy (316-518-6863) over that past 10 years. He isn't pushy and listens to what you want and need. He always treats you like family.
Awesome people! We had some confusion on information on a specific car I was looking at, at first, but they were quick to apologize and make sure that I was taken care of. They truly care! I was placed with a salesman who is called “The Redneck Guy” and he was a great guy to work with! Honest from the start and listened carefully to all of the things I wanted. After a long day of searching, he never made it seem like I was wasting his time and always made me feel welcomed, right down to the sale. I will absolutely buy from him again!
I had purchased a 2017 model in July of 2017. Sadly, I was involved in a car accident and the vehicle was totaled in March 2018. I had such a great experience on that purchase that I decided I would reach out to "my guy" Stan at Mel Hambelton. I told him about my situation and asked if he could help me again and without hesitation he said "Of course!" He asked me what I was looking for this time and within 24 hours he found several options for me. The vehicle was located in another state so they had it transported in and within a week I was back on the road! I couldn't have been more pleased with this experience just as my last experience! Thank you Stan and Mel Hambelton for taking such great care of my needs! Always a pleasure!
We bought a 2010 Chevy Traverse from them and the salesman lied about it having Bluetooth. He also told us the headlights were $100 to repair which was a lie. After 2 days of ownership the car is pulling hard as well. When we talked to a manager we received no help.

Fantastic! Fantastic! The General Manager, Phil Nightingale, went above and beyond what was expected. Phil listened to exactly what we wanted. Rather than sell us an Edge off his lot, he found one that had all the features we wanted and it did not include features that we did not want. We got an excellent trade-in price on our old vehicle and a great price on the Edge. The entire staff was very professional and also very friendly. No high pressure sales tactics at this dealership! All around a 5 star experience!

I am a Disabled Vet and I obtain a very good FICO score even though I do not receive alot of income. I was denied financing many times, but the Mel Hambelton Ford Team was like a pit-bull, sinking their teeth onto something and not letting it go. James Shock in sales and Shawn Matthews in the financial department were analogous to the above description and when things looked bleak, they diligently and aggressively pursued financing my 2009 Ford Mustang GT and now I am the proud owner! Mel Hambelton Ford Is the only dealership with such tenacity and will continue to be a customer for life. So should you! Jeffrey J Ray/JugularLonewolf. Mel Hambelton Ford will go above and beyond the call of duty. The entire Ford Team deserves my recommendation and appreciation. Not only were they professional, they were personable. They are a business, but they care about their customers total satisfaction.
If you don't like dealing with typical bait and switch car dealers, then don't buy a car here. I found a car advertised on line, they made a deal and when I showed up the next morning with the check guess what. They made a mistake on the stock number and they needed more money. I had bad dealings with car dealers before but these guys are the scum of the earth. Watch out for their salesman they are wolves in sheep clothing.
