        The only problem I've ever had...

        The only problem I've ever had with Best Cabs is that I might have to wait a little while for a ride. I know it's supply and demand and Wichita just doesn't have the demand for a hundred cabs per company. I'd rather wait 30 minutes to an hour to get my groceries at the beginning of the month than deal with the rude dispatchers from A.B.C. (never call them!!). I have used Best Cabs for three years, and don't plan on using anyone else.

        Best Cabs is the WORST. Appare...

        Best Cabs is the WORST. Apparently their policy is to not take reservations at bars. When I called on NYE at 1220pm to make a reservation for 130am at a bar, they told me they would be there. They didn't show up & I called back, they told me they didn't have my reservation & at bars are against policy. They said they could send a cab & I asked for a time estimate, the response was I don't know. I called back the next morning the man who took my reservation answered. He said that they don't take reservations at bars, but on NYE they typically do. He said it was in the books when he left & he didn't know what happened. I spoke w/the manager this morning, he gave me attitude too saying it's against policy, he didn't know who told me that I had a reservation & MAYBE I had called the wrong Co (too bad it's all in my call log as the same number) I had called the wrong Co Best (Worst) Cabs. I never once received an apology. Take a customer service class ppl, be a reliable Co, what people expects from their cab Co

        I have only had one problem with this company in 12 years that I have d used them everybody has their good and bad days give them and chance I have had more problems with their competitor than them! they resolved my problem real quick I will use Best Cab anytime over ABC taxi

        This is the worst service n Wichita. Waited over an hour and never showed up. If their the best in Wichita, I'd hate to see the worst.

        i called and they hung up on me. so i called back and they did it again. that makes me soooo mad i had an emergency at work they are not reliable if they wont even pick up they phone!!!!!!!!
