If i had the option, i would give this place 0 star. My cab driver was disrepectful, nasty and rude to me & my 2 little kids. His car was dirty & full of trash. The worst part was that I did not tip him... but i just found out that he tipped himself. Thief!!!! Here's a picture of the inside of his cab.

Worst service. Was at the airport yesterday night needing a Taxi to take me, my husband and 7 year old daughter home with three large suitcases. Taxi wouldn't take us saying we had too many bags. We know the taxi can fit our bags being that same size taxi took us to the airport. My daughter was worn out wanting her bed after a 14hr flight. Why say you do airport service or even send a taxi to the airport rank that isn't willing to take luggage. Called ABC taxi who sent a car in 3 mins (same size car) and guess what it fitted all the luggage in with no issue. Don't use Best cabs use ABC taxi.
Called them from a bar on my birthday at 6:30. I was told 45 minutes to an hour. Two hours later when I called back I was told " we just got really busy". Seriously? Called back at 9:00 and when they couldn't or wouldn't give me a time frame she just told me my cab was cancelled and hung up on me!! I have used them numerous time in the past including earlier that da . Based upon how I was treated I would not call again. So sad. Had great service on every other occasion.
#68 only, she's the worst driver I ever saw!!! I recommended to best cab management to find a better drivers.
I used Susan recently for airport shuttle service. I found she was punctual, and even did a wake up call for me in that I needed to leave very early for an international flight. She delivered us to the airport, and picked us up on our return flight when we arrived back home. I could not have asked for more. Thanks for a great service!
I wish that yelp had an option do give a company 0 stars. I work at a hotel front desk and was trying to call a cab for a guest, and the dispatcher was UNBELIEVABLY RUDE. There was no need for it. The dispatcher then requested to talk to guest which he did, and I could hear him yelling at the guest THROUGH THE PHONE. Never in my life have I experienced worse customer service or someone who SHOULD NOT have a job, but NEVER work in customer service again.
I called and asked if they could help bring my husband home from the ER because our car was recently totaled. She was short and said we can't help you today SORRY. I wouldn't use them. UNRELIABLE
Our family uses Seabreeze several times a year to get to and from the airport. We use this service because Susan is so reliable. She always arrives on time and is very conscientious and friendly. We highly recommend this car service! Excellent!!
My boss travels all over the world, and I called to set up a ride for him to be picked up and taken to the airport. She was very nice, and said it would be no problem. I called back to confirm later that afternoon, and I needed the ride to be the following day. She said no problem, she would be there, would make sure to be there early enough to get through the traffic. Well, after waiting for 20 minutes after the scheduled pick up time, my boss called, and she said there was no way she could make it. He jumped in his car and sped to the airport, and just barely made the flight that they were holding for him before it took off. Luckily, he has express boarding. Was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and service in delivering. Will never use her again, and DO NOT recommend unless you have a really good back up plan for when she DOES NOT show up.
This is the worst experience with ANY type of business I've ever dealt with. In the 12 years I have worked for hotels, not once has this "company" acted like a real business. First, and foremost - not once, no exaggeration, have they EVER been accurate to the time they have committed to, even when the cab is called 24 hours ahead of time. Not once in 12 years. That is, of course, if you can even get them to answer their phone. Even if you do, you will be subject to one of the following; they will hang up on you as you are asking for a cab, or you will be told "they are not taking any orders at this time" (on a Tuesday morning at 5 am, in Wichita KS.(impossible to be busy at this time)). It's time for other cab companies to step up their games and run this HORRIBLE "company" out of town. It is MIND BOGGLING that this company has made it for 50 or whatever years they claim to have been around. Lucky for them they are in Wichita and not a real city or they would be destroyed as they should be.
