I was not familiar with any shop, I goggled all shops in Watsonville and Santa Cruz area and this was the only one with 5 stars and all about good reviews. When calling Elena (the owner) and explaining her the situation of my car, she made me feel so confident about trusting them with my car (Mercedes Benz 2014) and no regrets since then. I had take my car to them 3x now and I will always go back when need it. Their work is stunning leaving my car looking new, better than when I got it from the dealer. Elena really cares about her clients making sure they are satisfied with the repairs from their cars; plus she has always give me BIG discounts and she does extra work to my car every time I've been taking it for $0 charge and not related to the accident, like fixing 2 of my doors, rear bumper, fender, etc. Elena has take her time helping me with the insurance and car rental making it an easier and fast process. I can keep going on and on all the excellent work she does for her clients.
She works with all insurances and no insurance related as well, plus she is bilingual. Thank you so much Elena and to your outstanding employees!
