Great Clips

I had to give this place one star, since it wouldn't allow ZERO STARS!!!! Bad Experience! My daughter's hair was butchered! She had long hair that was supposed to be "face framed" instead half her head looked like a messed up mullet with one side of hair 5 inches shorter than the back, and the other half of her head as well. The stylist used a razor on her hair, which you don't do with fine hair, and it ended up looking like an animal chewed on her ends! I had to take her for a hair consultation at a hair salon, where actual "hairstylists" were shocked to see what a messed up haircut she got, and she ended up getting extensions to balance out the messed up cut. I tried to talk with the owner however he was very rude to me and called me a stupid old lady and hung up on the phone with me, while I tried to explain to him about my daughter's hair, I will be posting pictures of this as well on other sites, all I want is to be compensated for the mess that happened, and all they could offer me was 2 free haircuts in the future!?! I will never go back there!!!
