        Ladies DO NOT go to TRAVENA fo...

        Ladies DO NOT go to TRAVENA for a hair cut.. She can't even do the most basic hair cut which is the bob. I went in with shoulder length hair and asked for a layered bob and to keep my length and I left with 2 inches chopped off in an uneven cut. When I called her to let her know she refused to give me a refund and offered to correct it. Why would I let her chop more of my hair off???????
