Called the night before to reserve a taxi for a ride to the Providence Train Station for 5;30am, he arrived on time, I asked do you take credit cards, he stated not this early so we had to stop for cash at an atm, quick ride, the fare was almost $50 for a 14 mile ride, decided to take an UBER back it was only $18. he complained that UBER was taking business from him, if they would reduce their fares by 20% they might do better, if UBER stays in RI, I will never take another taxi.

They showed up late, took the very long way for a short trip, and the driver "didn't have change" for a $13 trip out of a twenty. I recommend looking elsewhere for acceptable services.
I called for a taxi and he says "how many times are you gonna call me?" and that I already called 8 times. That never happened it was my second time calling and he continues to tell me that he doesn't forget a voice. I tell him that I think I know when I call and he then hung the phone up on me. He was extremely rude and had an attitude.
I called to try to reserve a same-day cab, and the dispatcher screamed at me to stop calling because they had nothing available. He then stated that I had already called 3 times, which was a lie (it was my first time calling).
