Long story short, we had multiple problems and the GM at this bowling alley is incredibly rude and hateful. I'm a young mother of 2 children and she treated me like I was a child and was very nice and respectful towards the older people. I ended up getting my refund and telling her I wouldn't be back and didn't appreciate her not caring about any issues we had. She apologized but not in a sincere way. I'll never take my kids back to this bowling alley or suggest this to anyone.

If you want to drink beer on your lane then this is the place to be. great place for your open bowler. that's it. They cater to the open bowler and no one else. they put NO oil on the lanes. ZERO. if your a decent bowler don't even bother. When a house plastic ball hooks off the lane u know it not maintained at all. They love to watch u struggle and pride themselves in doing so. Smart business? but if u wanna get hammered and spill beer on your lane go for it. Maybe if u catered to both sides ur business would boom.
