Mercury Cleaners fit my niece in last-minute for alterations even though they were swamped during prom season. Her dress turned out great!

Karen did my bustle on my wedding dress incorrectly. She didn't have the bustle high enough, and then the loops broke! My train came down and got torn! Never taking anything there again

I have been going to Mercury Cleaners for many years. I am very pleased with the quality of care given to my clothes. The staff and Karen who does the tailoring are wonderful! Karen is highly recommended as she solves all my tailoring problems.

I've probably been going to Mercury now for over 10 years and I can't imagine going anywhere else. They do a great job on all of our dry cleaning and laundry needs along with timely quality alterations. I've never had a bad experience there even when I give them a "rush" job. Simply great people.

I have been a customer for 10 years and would not take my cleaning anywhere else. Mercury always does an excellent job, and my clothing never has that "dry cleaned" smell. My children who live in Indy and New Jersey still bring any special items home to be cleaned as they know Mercury will do a good job.

One star is actually too high but site will not allow me to choose zero. I've had two bad experiences with Mercury cleaners back to back. So shame on me for returning the second time but I wanted to give them another chance. Well never again! First time I took a sage colored bed skirt in to be pressed, only pressed. When I picked up the bed skirt it was lime green! Instead of apologizing, they argued with me that was color when I dropped it off. I ran home to get the rest of the bedding and the packaging that stated/showed it was sage color. Mercury's response...oh, sometimes that happens. " Sometimes that happens?!?" They still didn't apologize and they didn't offer to buy me a new bed skirt. The second bad experience was with putting a snap button on a coat. I dropped my coat off on a Tuesday and was told they would have to order the snap button and it would be done the following Monday. Well two weeks later and my coat still isn't ready! I was told the snap button hadn't even been ordered yet. I just told them to give me my coat back. I ended up taking it elsewhere to have the snap button put on. I'll never return to Mercury's cleaner. They could care less about their customers.
