Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

They took a bag with the intention of labelling it before Thanksgiving weekend. They received the bag in time to complete it two weeks which is the time they stated they needed to label it. I waited two weeks and when I called them on Monday before Thanksgiving they closed the store from Saturday to Saturday and will not open until Dec. 1, after the date we needed the bag. They are robbers and liers. Don't give your items to them unless you don't need them for a year or so or don't have any deadline..... I'm just one person so maybe single items are not so important to them as a big job!!!!

What ever happened to good customer service? My family and I enjoy eating at Popeyes Chicken in Vacaville, CA. But what ever happened to the "good ole customer service...service with a smile" Well I believe that is long gone!!

On Sunday June 2, 2008 I went in to order a Chicken meal for my family. The employees working there were very unwelcoming to say the least. I don't know where you got these people but they were very unfriendly and downright rude. There was not one "Welcome to Popeyes!!" or any welcoming smile on any employee faces. Their faces were like "What-kind-of-attitude" look, or just a stare down. I mean...please come on, hire people who can talk English for goodness sakes, and not some thug or thugette off of the streets. Popeyes as well as any Fast food service should stress the importance of Courteous mannerisms and attitudes. If you don't have that than you might as well fold your business, because people not only come back because of the food, people return to your place of establishment because of Excellent Customer Service. When I asked the front cashier for the General managers number, that is when everyone began being nice and courteous. What I am saying is that, yes your Popeyes Chicken tastes great, but because your company lacks in teaching your employees about proper Customer Service etiquette, I may just go elsewhere to eat.
