Country Equipment

*BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE* I rented a trailer from these people and ended. Up getting a flat tire in the middle of middle night on the side of the freeway. I went to change the tire with the spare tire they have me and it had 6 plugs in it and it had no tread on it and the lug nut pattern didn't match so I couldn't use it. I ended up having to buy a tire. Two days later I had another blow out on the freeway and was stuck on the side of the road and had to replace that tire as well upon closer inspection of the tires we noticed that all the tires were worn out and to replace the tires to continue our trip in fear of getting another blow out and having a accident. Upon returning the equipment we explained the situation to Ron and he became very rude and started raising his voice and threw the receipts at us and said he would not reimbursement us the cost of the tires. Ron even has the nerve to keep the brand new tires on the trailer. Which I paid for. Ron and country equipment poorly maintain there equipment. Not only were all the tires worn down now of them matched some were just old truck tires thrown on the trailer the spare he gave me belonged to a f 150 truck with 6 plugs, the trailer breaks hardly worked and halfway on the trip the trailer lights went out and I had to spend money to rewire the lights. I rented in the past from other companies and never had a problem. Ron stated on the phone he wouldn't do anything to resolve the problem we would have to take it to court. My suggestion to people is go to a reputable dealer where maintain their equipment and care about their customers.
