Printfast

Very disappointed in the professionalism of the owner John Disbrow. Ive heard bad things about him in the past but always used John for my printing and his work was good. I seen a different side today. After 10 yrs of loyalty to John, I was spoken to like a dog and hung up on for asking if they printed blueprints. Very odd experience. I was in a room full of approximately 28 people on speaker and he made himself look like a fool. Very unprofessional and a complete embarrassment for his company, especially after I spent 20 mins in the meeting explaining what a great guy he was and how highly I recommended him to do the printing for the job.

Hes apparently a millionaire so losing 5-10k wont hurt him financially but to the 28 people in the room, it was a lasting impression and printfast has a black eye.

Be better John. Treat customers with respect, especially after 10 yrs of loyalty
