What i have; 2007 dodge charge...

What i have; 2007 dodge charger with 80k mile extended warrantee purchased from an outside dealer, I went to them to pick them up on there outstanding oil change offer of 4 for $50, After 2 oil changes (7-8k miles) my car's non mechanical car parts were mysteriously breaking at an impressive rate and with only 54k total miles. Parts like (speakers, wiper fluid pump, etc) you know the parts that are not that hard to change out. I gave them the car first thing in the morning on a saturday with a rather lengthy list of to do's because i waited till it added up because the warrantee still charges $100 per visit as a deductible. So they say monday it will be ready for pick up. Of course monday turns into tuesday. Also when we called to inform ourselves of this time change there was no concern on how we were going to get around with out it and no offer or talks about the rental car program that is under the warrantee. So we finally pick it up on Tuesday. Then on Thursday that same week after only driving it 40 miles my car's automatic stick doesnt move out of park when turning it on. I have to get it towed, Luckily the tow was under my warrantee at no cost to me. My taxi was not reimebersed however. Upon pick up of it a second time in under 3 days the service department employee has the balls to say that $100 deductible is due with tax. Maybe it is just me but the perception we have of this place is a chop shop and charge them latter with a keep em coming back mentality regardless of if it is under warrantee. I'm certainantly not coming back to this service shop because i feel i need a different dealer to fully inspect it now. Suppose maybe i am just a crazy upset customer....But im a crazy upset customer who will never buy a dodge or chrysler again and you shouldnt either. o yeah we got the whole speach about how the charger was a bad design too! what kind of buisness do you run if the service shop is bad mouthing the quality and can not and will not stand behind it.
