I really couldn’t be happier with my Veteran’s Ford experience. My credit is not even close to good and I had just started a new job I did not think I would be able to get approved but the entire process was painless. Because they are a little out of the way their prices are lower to get people in. Tony helped us and his approach was so refreshing. He was very laid back, gave some input here and there but was never pushy. I really did not think I was going to buy on the same day, but the deal was so good I couldn’t pass it up. Just getting back on my feet, I wanted a nice, low $200 a month payment. He got me just that, plus got me in a 2009 car with only 30,000 miles on it! I love my car! I had it narrowed down to two, Tony did not push me into one or the other or one I wasn’t interested in. And when it came to talk numbers he made sure I stayed where I was comfortable. I was really dreading the thought of financing another car. I did not want to be pressured into something I didn’t want and wanted to stay reasonable with the payment. I thought I was going to have to deal with terribly pushy sales men, but I didn’t have to deal with any of that! I highly recommend this dealership and will always check here first when I am looking for a car.
I bought a Nissan Rogue Select, my thought was that a crossover SUV would be more useful than my 2004 sedan; not true for me. The trunk of my 300M held more than the cargo area behind the second row of seats. The gas mileage is mediocre as, after 1 month of mixed driving, I average 25mpg. I was getting 21 with the 6cyl. 300M. The drivers seat gets very tiring after an hour or so. And, one real pain is that the window controls and console are about 8" behind where my hands lie. I've learned to operate/access with a cross body reach. I like the vent controls, manual HVAC controls, and peppy engine. BTW- the brakes are very sensitive (and good) as they will put you though the windshield without much pedal effort. I wish I could just return the vehicle and keep shopping. But I've resigned to owning it for a year or so before trading it out.
I would recommend Mercedes-Benz of Tampa wholeheartedly. I have complete confidence in their knowledge of their vehicles and complete trust in their customer service. I dealt with Mark Gray who went above and beyond with his customer service both before and after the sale. He made sure I was happy with the vehicle, got me exactly what I wanted, and he followed up after the purchase. He wanted to make sure I was aware of all the features and am comfortable driving the car. Mark made the whole experience seamless and I am so happy with my purchase! Mark and his team truly make me feel like my car purchase is important to them and that they will be there should I ever have any questions in the future. There is no doubt that I will purchase my next vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Tampa as a result of this car buying experience.
My experience with Courtesy Toyota for purchasing new Sienna 2015, was very pleasant & hassle free. Christopher Meyer from sales helped me to make the purchase at reasonable price. I went for the test drive during evening hours, and after the purchase, next day I noticed the leather on the passenger side seat was slightly brushed off. Also while changing the temperature inside the cabin, I could hear bee buzzing noise. Christopher was very helpful in addressing these complaints, & involved his sr. Manager to address those. I am about to visit the dealership in couple of weeks to correct these problems as promised by Christopher & his manager. Xio from account was very quick to explain me all loan options & complete the sale. Overall it was an excellent experience purchasing new vehicle from Courtesy.

If you are wanting a literal NO pressure car buying experience, then you really need not look any further than Preferred owned by Matt and his wife Heather. Matt is a businessman, and just a good person; not some shady "used car salesman". I had narrowed my choices down to 4 of his cars, and how about he suggested me buying the cheapest of the 4? I've NEVER had ANY salesperson recommend I buy the cheapest item from them. Regardless, he has all of my future car buying business and I will certainly recommend that my family and friends go and at least give him the opportunity to earn their business too. I had service done on my new Maxima with Scott Hewitt at Courtesy Nissan. The experience could not have been better! There was an obscure creak in the car and it was beyond annoying. He gave me a loaner, determined what the problem was and fixed it within a few days. The car was pristine...beautifully detailed and clean when I picked it up! And the best part is that the creak is gone! I can relax and enjoy peace and quiet when I drive my car now. Scott is always professional and friendly as well as attentive and knowledgeable with the repairs and installations I have had done on the car. Thank you Scott and Courtesy Nissan! At every appointment, I am greeted by a pleasant service rep and my car is taken in immediately. If you choose to wait, there is a comfortable lounge. If you want to leave to do errands, as I often do with my husband, the rep will call you to either tell you what needs to be done and/or to let you know the car is ready. The condition of the car is explained as are the charges, and the checkout process is fairly swift. I have had five or six Toyotas over the years, and this is the best service facility that I have used, My current car was purchased here, and that was a pleasant experience as well.
