Realtors BEWARE: I sent a client to Andy Wood to qualify for a loan so we could put an offer on a property. I sent the paperwork to the client and couple of days later I got a call from them telling me they didn't need my services because they had another agent. They would hardly let me get a word in but as I found out later the client had given me the wrong email so they did not recieve my contract. When I asked Andy Wood if he had heard from them he told me no. I told him what had happened and he totally lied to me that he knew nothing about it. After some investigation I found out my client had called him to find out if the preapproval would be good with another agent and instead of calling me to let me know and straighten it out he recommended her to an agent he works with. By the time I figured out what had happened and got in touch she was already in place with the agent that Andy Wood had told her to call. I said to Andy why didn't he let me know so I could fix the problem and save my sale. I had done this for him before when I recommended another client to him for a loan. The client called me and said they didn't want to use them because he has not responded to him. I calmed the client and told them that he would not do that and to let me call him before he refuses to work with him. When I called Andy he had not gotten in touch with him-he said he was really busy. He promised to get right to it and as far as I know he has probably recommended that client to someone else also. He would never had known my clients if I hadn't sent them to him. If you want to give away your leads then use Andy Wood. He lied to me and stole my customer and gave them to someone else. I will not use him again. In fact I have changed everyone who I had previously preapproved with him.
