They just did not do a great job and over priced. Does not work with you on price. It's really hard to find a good nail place. I just don't feel my 1st time here was good.
I went here today and though it would be a good start for finding a new place since the one I go to is about 10 min away and this one is only 1 min away. I went here to get my daughters nails painted, I got a full set, my feet painted and my eye brows. I lost the coupon we get in the mail on the mailers you get. So I pulled it up on the phone and they said they won't take that they want the actual coupon. I was a little disturbed that they would not take a coupon in any form and for sure a new customer. I got my nails done and the girl that was doing them kept cutting through my skin and one finger when I left was cut deep on the side not even a little scuff but deep cut. The man that did my feet just took polish off and rt away wanted to paint them. The place I normally go to cleans your feet in water takes them out and cuts any extra skin near the nails and files them down. I had to ask for this because he was trying to paint my nails with nails un even
I've been to the Bien Salon on Reems and Grand twice. I will definitely be returning next month. The minor difficulty with language is handled professionally. They are very courteous and quite skilled. The price is more than fair.
My nails tech is awesome she always takes her time with me and never tries to offer me services i didn't ask for which in return makes the price go up
I have used many salons, having lived in Phoenix since 1977. I really appreciate the staff at Bien in Surprise, although they can be hard to understand at times. It's easy to understand their English in person than over the phone. What a truly appreciate is Jimmy and his skill to listen to what I want and make it happen. I've got to him with such requests as a thinner acrylic, more arched top, lower "smile" and an oval square. This is hard to convey to folks that have English as their primarily language, let alone their secondary language. One instance I received less-than-perfect service than I expected, and Jimmy made it right, no charge. They stand behind their work. The stores are clean, the staff courteous, and they offer quality service. I refer people there without hesitation.AngelaMotorcycle Rider Coach
THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!I came to Royalty nails about 2 years ago, and never even wanted to think about this place so I never wrote a review. So I thought why not now? Well, I had gotten a fill and a pedi. Since I was new to the area and needed a salon, I chose this one because I saw a coupon in my mail. When I had gone in, I waited for about 20 minutes, hick I was fine with due to the amount of people in the salon. I got my pedicure done first and noticed they didn't put a protective plastic bag inside the little tub where you put your feet. This is really important because some one before you could have had some sort of contagious infection that could now spread to you because they used the same tub. Anyway, the pedicure seemed rushed and just looked okay. My nails weren't too great either and almost burned after the Acrylic was applied. When I went to check out I showed them the coupon and the lady seemed to look really mad. She called over a man and they began to scream at me in an accent I could barely understand. After trying to ask why they would put the coupon in if they weren't going to let people use it, he said "Fine fine! I do this only one time." And walked away. After a day, but cuticles were inflamed and the nails were lifting. After asking my daughter who's in cosmetology school, she told me I had an allergic reaction due to cheap product. Never coming back. Try to Angel Nails and Spa by the Taco Bell on Bell road, they are great!!
I used to go here for a while the place feel tense somehow I can't really describe it. Everyone was rude and the boss made the place seem stressed, but Amy was my favorite person, I always had my nail done by her. But now she has moved to a new place called Estrella's Nails, next to ACE across the street. Unless the place change up a few new things, I guess I will be moving on
This is by far the worse place I have ever been bin. Tina is uneducated, rude and obnoxious...I had my son and daughter with me, my son spent almost an hr in the water to get ped, when I complained to Nancy the nail tec, Tina and the rest of them working yesterday May 18 starting laughing and making. My son finally got up and walked to the front...no one came after him to tell him they would give him ped. Tina is NOT fit to be working with the public, she spent 45 min on one woman rubbing her legs when I complained again to which they all starting joining in. Needless to say you lost business on that day, NEVER to comeback again...do yourself a favor Jimmy get rid of her she is no good for your business!
I've been going to this place for a while now. I was going to a place before that I was paying $30-$35 just for a bare minimum pedicure at royalty nails I pay $30 and get A LOT more! Sugar scrub paraffin wax hot stone hot lotion hot towels!! And that is just the one of the "basic" ones. They have many option that go up from there for you to pick from. Tiffany is so sweet! She does such a good job! Pedi's mani's Acrylic Wax she does such a great job on all!!! She doesn't let you leave unhappy. She makes sure you are 100% Satisfied! Will continue to make my appointments with Tiffany!!
This place is clean, no need to wait at all, price range much lower compare to other salon
