Lisa groomed our miniature schnauzer, Oreo, for the first time yesterday. Lisa did an absolutely fantastic job!! In addition, Lisa spent a good amount of time with me understanding what we wanted in a cut for our schnauzer and what would work best for him at his current age. I could not recommend her more highly. If I could give her 10 stars I would. Signed, Sharon in Surprise
We love Gone Groom'n Mobile Pet Spa!!!. Lisa has been grooming our little Coco, for many years. Coco always comes in the house happy, and looking beautiful. I even stood one day and watched her groom Coco. It was fascinating. She talks to them and is gentle. Her grooming van is clean, and she is an expert what she does! It is comforting to know that Coco isn’t being locked up in a cage for hours and hours, or having to be around a bunch of other dogs. Lisa is always wonderful, and I will never use another Groomer! She is one of the family and we love her as much as Coco does!
We brought our dog to be pampered by Diana. Our only concern is that our dog Wedge never wants to leave Diana's side.He loves her and so do we...
Been to several groomers. Best friends was by far the best! My dog looks great! Everyone was so nice!! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
I would never ever take my dog here! All the dogs are put together, didn't ask for shots! Heard of a kennel cough out break from a friend.
Our dog died hours after being in the care of Shawna's Paw Spa. This business might not be at the location your remember, but it is still operating out of a home. We boarded our 3 dogs with Shawna for 2 nights this June 2013. Phoenix was having a heat wave with temps at 119. I asked and was assured the dogs would be indoors except for pee time. We recieved a call at 1:30pm the second day, saying that our older dog threw up. We said no problem we were about 2 hours away. One hour later she called again and asked if she could bring him to her vet, as she was heading there for other dogs anyway. We said , no we would be there soon and take him to our vet. She called back a few minutes later and said she had to, that the dog was not going to make it until we got there. What? I thought he just threw up? A vet we never met called us a short time later, saying our dog had a mass in his abdomen. ? His own vet never suggested such a thing. I said, it is 119 out, he could be dehydrated, please be sure he gets IV fluid until we arrive. The vet said he had better thing to do than that and he was closing early (3pm).We made arrangements to meet Shawna at the nearest ER, arriving at 330pm. We opened the car door and there to our shock, was our youngest doggie, in a coma on the back seat. She has known these dogs for over a year, did all their grooming and boarding and didn't even know their correct names. The girl with her, admitted that our Hutchie actually started throwing up the night before.ER worked on him into the night, he never regained consciousness. He was extremely dehydrated, fever 107, extremely rapid pulse, coma, panting, bloody diarrhea. He died at around midnight. It was obvious heat stroke in its final stages. The vet said if he survived, they would look to be sure there was no additional health issue, but he felt no mass in his abdomen. He did not survive. We notified Shawna in the morning that he was dead. To this day, she has never responded in any form. She has expressed no sympathy or explaination as to what occurred while our baby was in her care. When you leave your pets, this is your worst nightmare. I wish we could step back in time, and would not have trusted our dogs to her care. RIP my Hutchinson, our beautiful Polish Lowland Sheep baby. We are so sorry.
The groomers are all super nice and they adore my little Pomeranian, I never worry about him when I drop him off and he always looks amazing and super happy when I pick him up! I highly recommend them!
all dogs are traumatized here! they are thrown together and mate, fight and run around full of pee and poop. Its visible as your standing there?
