My recent visit to Kool smiles in Sumter SC was a very pleasant experience. My daughter was nervous all day long about Goin and no matter how many times I told her that everything was going to be OK she remained un easy. So I explain to the assistant who called for her Tony Howard, that she had been nervous all day and all I can say is WOW! The patience and professionalism exhibited by Mr.Howard was exceptional to say the least. By the time my daughter was finished being seen, she had the biggest smile on her face. She was so relieved that it was nothing like she expected. Thanks to Mr.Howard and the rest of the Kool smiles staff my daughter is now looking forward to another cleaning. Thanks Kool Smiles!

My experience was great! Chelsea was the assistant and was extremely helpful! Dr.Davis was also kind and everything was pain free... I enjoyed my visit.

It takes a long time to get a second appointment and a longer time if you have to come back a few more times for repairs if needed, but the staff and dentist are pleasant, kind and gentle.

My children have been patients at kool smiles for six years, they are a great dental office. My children always look forward to their dental visits.

I was comfortable. The visit went very well and the procedure didn't take long at all. The surgeon was very nice as well as his assistant. Staff was fine they helped an every way possible.

I've been here with my kids and twice for myself. The staff is very friendly, and make you feel comfortable. Every time I've been in I barely have to wait in the waiting room. It's also clean.

The service there was great I have 3 kids and they were in and out they didn't stayed there for and hour best dental service ever Kool Smiles I love y'all the environment was clean I felt very welcome they know how to put a smile on the kids face when the kids feel scared of a utensil they show them that it is nothing to be afraid of

My I brought my daughter in because she was in pain. They allowed me to do a walk-in for her. Turns out the back her back teeth were coming in causing the pain, the dentist was so nice in explaining what to do to help her with the pain. When I brought my daughter back two weeks later for her normal cleaning appointment, the doctor and assistant remembered me. They are very nice & compassionate. My whole family goes to kool Smiles!

The staff at Kool Smiles is amazing! You get warm greetings when u arrive and great interactions throughout the visit. Time is some times an issue but they do a wonderful job on my children's dental services.

I have mixed feelings about this place. One visit everyone is so attentive and helpful; the next the doctor departs work early leaving the staff trying to figure out how to "doctor" the parents. On average we wait about 20-60 minutes from our appointment time, irrespective of how early we arrive. While they are very proficient in scheduling appointments 6 months out.. and ensure you are contacted for confirmation. Their "service" leaves a lot to be desired. Their patient chairs are in a back room.. where chairs are lined up.. what reminds me of an assembly line format... there's no picture taking of the area (nor are cameras allowed). I've taken my kids to other dentist who weren't so camera shy as apparently Kool Smiles staff are. Front desk service is hit or miss. The blonde lady usually has a smile while the African American female seems to be aggravated by our presence. When you can actually get a "dr" to talk to you about your child's visit.. hold on tight and ask a million questions as they seem more apt to take your insurance's money than to talk to patients.

Of the 3 visits we have had at Kool Smiles... only one was a great one. The other two... were not so great.

I'd recommend trying this place... and find out for yourself. It's cheap kid dental service... unfortunately, or maybe fortunately, it's not what I'd expect to receive as an adult... or I'd never go back there... ever!
