My visit with Kools Smiles was very pleasant and enjoyable with Dr. Kilpatrick and Javon. I would recommend anybody in town to come visit Kool Smiles.

Great experience with Dr Kilpatrick and Javon. Hilarious Tag team!!! Funny and professional. The front line staff courteous, concerned and also professional I did not want to leave. THE GREAT THING IS I DID NOT FEEL ANY PAIN!!!! :-)

Jennifer was able to put me on a earlier schedule. Witch was greatly appreciated.. Ms Melissa was to provide good customer service... And kool smile has a excellent staff!!

My visit was great at Dr.Burns office in Sumter sc. I also enjoy javon, Jalessa they were great and I would recommend this office to everyone I know.

I came into kool smiles and had my Xrays taken by Ashley and a adult cleaning by the Hygenist Jennifer and they were extremely nice. The office manager Vaneica was nice and asked me how my cleaning went as well. The staff was pleasant and I will be recommending Kool Smiles in the future.

I had a great experience with Dr. Darensburg and Shemica. I will be returning for more treatment very soon!

Dr. Kilpatrick and Ashleigh did a great job with my daughter. Its always a good experience when she comes out of the dentist office smiling and laughing.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Dr. Darensburg and his dental assistant,Tony, were were a great team, like the dynamic duo. They were so cheerful and took excellent care of this senior citizen. I came in as a referral, but I decided to stay there permanently after my rewarding experience.

Dental assistant Leslie and Dr. Darensburg are a great team. My baby gave them a hard time but they were patient with her and got the job done.

Both of my children had a appt. At kool smiles. My oldest daughter had some fillings and Dr. Darensburg did a excellent job and was so nice. Dr. Darensburg and his assistant Leslie performed my son's tooth extraction. I was very ���� about the whole thing but she exlplained everything to me and insured his safety. They went the extra mile and made sure he was very comfortable and kept encouraging him through the process.

I and my children attended Sumter kool smile it was important to be greeted by the amazing PC's Jalessa and Jennifer. They were nice and very friendly. And then to be consultated by Jewel made us feel comfortable. Upon arriving in the back Dr. Kilpatrick took her time with us and made the experience worthwhile. And then then the office manager came out of her office to make sure our experience here went well. I recommend this office to everyone.

I had a wonderful service and time at kool smiles and Jalessa and the store manager Vaneica gave me excellent service. Love this place!!!
