Sterling Chase Apartment

(Aug 14 2018) First off as soon as you pull up to the premises it would appear that it was a gated community and have security cameras as stated on their home page !FALSE! It was just for showing and tell. Just like the security guards sitting in the office on display posing as if they were in a fashion magazine. Instead of doing their rightful duty of making sure your home is secure. Next, the community well you gotta know it is in the hood of Stone Mountain Ga we're the crime rate is phenomenally risky. The reason I say this is because my home was broken into just this month alone 3 different times that's why I had to G.E.T O.U.T immediately. I mean it's so bad it should really be your last resort especially if you have KIDS or PETS. let's continue, Now another thing you should know. They will purposely and continually put your needs off until you move out or get scared out. I know cause I was a tenant for two years. Let's move on , as for the leasing manager you can catch her when she is not on lunch break which is very. Rare "Think I'm lying go see for yourself". So as you enter into the apartment itself it would appeared as if it was a regular decent home. !!!!!!! F.A.L.S.E !!!!!!! They tried everything from covering up the mold With some white paint that eventually comes backs within two months. BUGs BUGs BUGs !!!! I everywhere. I called and called them about the problems two years ago never had it fixed. I was surprised that was coming from one of SMP MANAGEMENT Properties. Then if the BUGs wasn't enough your neighbors would be, cause as soon as the day is gone and the night creeps in all the neighborhood junkies creeps in through a little cut in the forest which leads them into the apartment community. Where anything is up for grabs, neighbors argue 24/7 cars are getting broken into while tentats are asleep. So much contraband Going on. If your stuff get broken into don't think about asking your neighbors cause they're to scared to say anything.

This place is horrible now that sterling chase is managing. I had a break in on the night of 8/6 and have yet to see maintenance. I had to secure my own door. A few weeks ago my air was out and only got someone here after threatening to make complaints since i have chronic asthma. With my police report and photos, i hope that is justification for breaking my lease.
