DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Was in their store 3 days in a row trying to rent a hospital bed. Even though this was fully covered by Medicare and Supplemental Care insurance I was treated in a very condescending, rude and insulting manner. I am over 70 and cannot remember when I have been treated so poorly. They do not know the word, "thank you" or "please" and always ended our encounter with a disingenuous "hope it works out".I went to another source in Springfield with absolutely no hassle, insults in less than 5 minutes.
Horrible and rude people that work at Lincare! Do not use this company if you are in need of oxygen...they couldn't care less that you need oxygen ASAP!!! Disgusted with the poor customer service. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND LINCARE TO ANYONE!!! I HOPE THE OWNER OF LINCARE SEES THIS REVIEW AND GETS RID OF ALL THE NASTY PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR HER/HIM.
Very poor service. Needed a hospital bed for my husband due to a fractured vertebra. The doctor faxed the order on Thursday & by Tuesday we still didn't have the bed. They kept demanding more or different info from the doctor. The staff sounded very uncaring- they could have cared less about how long it took or how much pain my husband was in.I finally cancelled the order with Lincare, went with Advanced Medical, will have the bed today (same day as I ordered it) & will pay out of pocket.I never write reviews, but I was very disappointed with this service.
