I was not told about the fact the bus was going to be several hours late. I had to ask. When A person pays money for the services provided, they should be able to hear about the delays. I know that there is an app. to help you keep track of late buses. But, what person when they are traveling wants to worry with one more thing. I want to be taken care of during my trip. Also, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE>.
The staff was friendly and helpful however after waiting for 2 1/2 hours for my bus,passengers that bought a ticket after me was let on the bus first and then there was no longer a seat for me. So 2:00 am in the morning I was told the bus station was closing and thay I had to go wait outside.I sat for an hour waiting for a ride with a bunch of strange men sleeping on the side walk waiting for the next bus. The men kept asking to suck my toes. I was completly horrified amd scared. I paid 115.00 dollars for a bus ticket to be told the bus was full aND to go wait on the side walk. Who does this?
The staff is very friendly, very clean place. And they answer your questions with promptness, they are accurate, and give you a homely feeling. They greet you with kindness and love. They care about the people that come in there. The guest are not just another passenger they are people to them.
