This is the worst customer service we have ever encountered. We have been waiting for repairs to be made to our pool since August of 2016. It is now July 2017 and still no repairs though they have sent us bills on multiple occasions for this same work as if it was done. So far they have not shown up for several appointments and each time given the excuse of either their equipment broke or their employee was sick but they never bothered to call to tell us they were not going to show up. Wish we could use someone else unfortunately they already have several thousand dollars of ours as we did pay half up front for a new liner, pump, filter, and plumming. Save yourself the problems and use a different company!

The customer service here is the worst I've encountered bar none. We made an appointment for a pool repair over 2 weeks ago. Yesterday on the day of the appointment, they did not show up. At 3:30 we called and were assured that they were still coming. By 7pm it was obvious no one was coming, but we called anyway...no answer. This morning, they could not have cared less that we wanted to cancel the service and offered no explanation as to why they did not show up or call to say they would not be coming. I spoke with a manager, Robert, who was smug, unhelpful, and offered no solution or apology whatsoever. I asked for the owner's name to write a letter of complaint and he refused to give it to me. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache. I wish I had.
The other day my wife and I came in for a pool part and an opening kit. We were somewhat new at all this and upon check out we were given the pool part for free... and being retired ex-military we want to thank the Pool Center for supporting our military and support of our country.
I am posting this to warn other consumers. This company charged very high prices for very little service of bad quality.
