val I don't know what our problem is but..I was in and bought a leather coat, purse and a crystal deer and paid by debit..another time I was in and against my credit I purchase a bread machine, mixer, and a toaster oven,,,i brought back the mixer, very poor quality, and I brought back the bread machine which showed damage..the only thing that I kept was the toaster oven..i have been in several times and you cant seem to get this straightened out..You may keep everything I brought in on consignment as I don't feel like dealing with all the problems..Nancy Poole any problem with this call me 217-737-3107...I cant seem to reach you,,either the phone isn't answered or you are not in..
