Came in to Dallas Pro Audio & Tint and the owner Omar was very clear on my options for window tint and helped me decide which tint to use. He definately helped me out by giving me great tint service and excellent customer service while also not taking every dollar I have like other shops tried to do. I really highly recommend Dallas Pro Audio & Tint in Garland. Owner and installer both very friendly and make you feel welcome. The best thing about it is they did not try to forcefully sell me a bunch of other products like a normal salesman.
We appreciated the time Nathan took with us on the showing of the trailers, we enjoyed working with Jeff and his honesty with the price and not playing the game of haggling back-and-forth, also thanks to Roy for the easy financial/signing of our trailer.
4. Adhesive Pro
If you want my top recommendation from me on where to get your windows tinted in the Dallas Fort Worth area without hesitation I'm going to recommend #adhesivepro in Duncanville, TX. I've dealt with Texas Sound in Oakcliff to tint shops at Traders Village but nothing comes close to the quality o…
I bought Weather Tech Floor Mats at a good price. The salesman also installed them for me. DFW Camper has many Accessories for your Truck, Jeep & Auto. I love going to this store.
The presentation was great and very informative. Tami was very personable and took the time to answer all of our questions. The blinds look great and we were very pleased with Bill and his installation. We have no complaints, only compliments. We will surely recommend. Thanks!
While in downtown Dallas for a convention, my car was broken into by smashing in a window. I found it on Saturday morning. After dealing with police I notified my insurance company and they contacted another glass company who assured me and State Farm that the window would be repaired within a…
9. Texas Audio
Absolutely loved it. Had an alarm and window tint done on my 2015 Chevy Tahoe. The two young men in the front, Tony and Gio, really went out of their ways to make me feel welcomed and informed. Everything was clean and easy to process. The work was phenomenal and after they finished they gav…

I bought a coupon for window tinting at this location. The staff was pleasant and helpful. They did a great job in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to others.
The owner Moe is a very honest guy. I had my headlights, fog lights, and tail lights painted black on my car. The work was excellent and the pricing was very fair. Highly recommend

This is by far the best car audio place I have worked with! Dan is extremely creative in his work and has the knowledge to successfully drive major projects. I first had him install door speakers in my Lamborghini, which I am VERY picky who touches my car. He not only did an AWESOME job, but he …
24. Tucker Tint
Tucker wrapped my truck and did a nice job, but after a year the wrap started to peel and lift. Tucker will not return my calls or emails. Now its been over two years and the wrap has begun to crack. Still, no contact from Tucker. I have a warranty in writing from Tucker, but he is obviously not…

Everything was clean and easy to process. The work was phenomenal and after they finished they gave me a run down of how to work the alarm, explained the do's and don'ts of cleaning the window tint, gave me a bottle of water to go and I was on my way. Awesome experience. Definitely going to give them as much business as my wife will let me!!
BEWARE! Took my brand new BMW 328i Coupe to get tinted by Dallas Pro Audio and Tint. They performed such a poor job, there were huge bubbles around each corner of all 3 windows. They said to leave my car in the sun and the bubbles would go down on their own. This was NOT true! I then paid a SECOND time, with no complaints from me because I just wanted it done right... and they not only left the same unsightly bubbles, but hair and dust was also left between the glass and tint. Dirty and gross! To add MORE fuel to this fire... they permanently damaged the rear window glass on my vehicle. The defroster lines (which also double as antennas, navigation and radio reception, etc) were scratched off. The beauty and original integrity of my NEW car is ruined and they fail to compensate me for their damage in any way. Their insurance company has been contacted, and they ALSO fail to make this unfortunate situation right. TISK TISK! This negative review will be removed when they agree to pay for a replacement windshield.
SCAM! Not an authorized 3M installer! They broke the rain sensor in my BMW during installation! Omar tries to deny it even after a BMW dealer gave a written statement that it's broken from tint install. Will cost $800 to fix! First trip there took FOUR HOURS & the new guy scratched the tint on several windows! Had to go back Again to get it "fixed" and took another FIVE HOURS! On top of that- CLEAR 3M film was supposed to be put on my front windshield to reflect heat, instead Blue was put on which is ILLEGAL.Read their Yelp reviews! Dozens of people have been ripped off!
Got a coupon from my toll-tag points for a discount on tint, so I thought I'd take my car in and get the windows done. Simple procedure, right? Not so fast...At 10:45 am they told me it would be about a 90 minute job. 6 hours later they finally tell me my car is done, but they can't get it started because over the course of those 6 hours they had somehow drained my car's battery. That was the least of my problems. It turns out that while cutting the film for the back window, these idiots went wild and cut the vinyl top of my car with a razor knife in SEVEN DIFFERENT PLACES! Some of the cuts are 4-5 inches long. Hang on, It gets worse...I confronted the owner, "Omar" with the damage, only to find out that he does not carry insurance for damage to the cars he works on. He admitted he used to, but they dropped him for too many claims! I got an estimate from a reputable shop that does vinyl tops, and who'd a thunk it? He refused to pay for the repairs. Small claims court here I come!
I had the 80.00 Groupon deal and was given option to pay extra 40.00 to get Windows as dark as I wanted then owner left the installer was rude and he left tint and soap stuck on exterior of my vehicle and soap residue on interior door panels and spent a good portion of the time I was there on his phone
THE WORST! If I could rank this a -100, I would. Heed the warning. I took my 3-day old 2017 vehicle to get tint. I found a deal on Groupon but called first to make sure I wasn’t going to pay more than the Groupon. The owner told me to skip the Groupon and he would owner the pricing. I then scheduled an appointment because I live 30 miles away from the shop. When I arrived at my appointment time, I waited 2 ½ hours before my car was done, so don’t bother with an appointment. When I looked over the car the next day, I found tint pieces all over my car and a gluey substance on my leather seats. This was very annoying. Once I inspected the tint job, I found a small bug between the tint and the window and holes in another window. I called and talked to the owner. He said to bring it back and it would be corrected. I told him I would not be waiting another 2 ½ hours this time and he needed to correct the problem when I arrived because I was driving another 30 miles (one way). He agreed and I got another appointment. I know stupid. Right?!When I arrived for my appointment the owner was nowhere to be found. The installer was the only one at the location. He is a rude, nasty person and it is clear he does not give a crap about the customer. I told about the issue with my tint job and he said I would have to wait in line. There were two cars ahead of me. Of course, I told him the Owner said I would not have to wait. He said the owner wasn’t there and I would have to wait. His apology for his crappy work consisted of, “I’m not perfect”. So, long, horrible experience later. I waited 2 hours for 2 windows to get done and there is still a scratch in one of them. I will not be going back to get it corrected. AND, the installer took my change from my car and left me one quarter. SERIOUSLY! No joke. And he made a hugh mess in my car, AGAIN!
I found a groupon for 3M window tinting for $80 as well as a custom radio installation. I called to make an appointment and was told the following:The groupon deal is only for 35% shade. If you want to go darker, then it would cost $60 more. If you cancel your groupon and choose their IN HOUSE special, then it would be $80 for as dark as you want and if you paid CASH then you wouldn’t have to pay taxes. (bait and switch) Over the phone, I was quoted $120 for a radio installation. When I got to the store, they said it would actually be $160. They installed the radio, but it had HORRIBLE background noise. I had to bring it back twice and they wanted me to pay extra each time to get it to work. I took my car to find a 2nd opinion and found out that the radio they sold me was a cheap NESA radio. It’s an unethical scam tactic to get a customer to buy their service KNOWING they’ll be able to charge the customer more to get it completely installed correctly.
My brand new 2015 Charger got a$160 3 inch razor cut on the paint, courtesy of Dallas Pro Audio and Tint. Omar, denied, denied, denied. Pathetic customer service. They were working 2 inches from where the cut in the paint is and it wasn't there before going there. There was a couple arguing with him about paint scratches on there car as well. He was denying it with them too. I work in the security and law enforcement field and I am getting the forensic guy to look at it. If he doesn't man up and fix what his guys did, then will probably sue. Check out his reviews on YP. They are horrible. Please share this and pay it forward please. Thanks
Do not trust Omar! Tint job had scratches, peeling and bubbles. Took back for repair, took 5 hours and there's scratches and bubbles in the new work, along with a black mark in the middle of my backseat. I wouldn't recommend Dallas Pro Audio & Tint!! STAY AWAY!!!
