Dickey's Barbecue Pit

I bought a Gallon of Tea from this store 2 days ago and it made me and my family sick because it was completely soured. It was bad. I called and was promised a replacement. They told me to call back tolet them know when my husband or myself would be coming in. They guy who answered said we were not going to get a replacement without bringing them the soured tea that made us all sick. I live 30 minutes away from this location so it isn't easy to just drive there and back when my husband works right across the street. This location was a great location until this happened. The guy was completely rude and didn't care that we had gotten sick, he was griping at me and not being patient. I will never return to this location. The customer service is awful.
