The food isn't that great I didn't like their fries at all. What happened to the customer service?
Eat there once per week and keep trying new menu items-- just to see if I can find something I DON'T like. I'll let you know-- been half a year now and everything I try is excellent-- this coming from someone who worked in the food industry for quite a while. Everyone who has served me has b…

We went in at 11:30 for a quick lunch on a Sunday. After we ordered the waitress told twice that our food would right out, the next thing the manager comes to our table and apologizes for the delay, but states she doesn't know why(the last thing she should admit). Soon the food arrives and it's …

19. Sushi Sam
Sushi Sam has excellent sushi and rolls. I've tried the Teriyaki three times and it tends to be on the overcooked/burnt side. Great place for sushi and rolls though. I recommend the lunch special Bento box. Great quality and value.
Awesome spicy battered chicken strips! Ridiculously good cheese fries!Only two draw backs: 1- It just can't be that healthy to eat their cheese fries, nothing that good is good for you2- Town Center can be a zoo and the wait there can be a pain. But every once in while you have to throw health to…

28. Burger Shack
We had breakfast here this morning and decided to try the chicken fried steak and eggs breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised to find their version to be one of the best in the region (I know, CFS is like kryptonite). Anyway the CFS was crispy, meaty and flavorful. The eggs were cooked properly…
My husband and I went for dinner on a Tuesday night. It took one hour to get the food and when were served the food was cold. When we complained to the manager, he started he would bring us fresh food......he came back with the same cold food.
We went in at 11:30 for a quick lunch on a Sunday. After we ordered the waitress told twice that our food would right out, the next thing the manager comes to our table and apologizes for the delay, but states she doesn't know why(the last thing she should admit). Soon the food arrives and it's OK, but there are 15-20 restaurants within 2 miles that serve better food faster. On the way out 4 hostesses are grouped at the front door and ask us if it was good, we reply "not especially" to which one of them makes a snarky comment about our age. In short if you are over 30 don't expect any real service.
This place is so alive! They have so many great drinks in here that comes so good with the grilled burger that they have. This is a great place to take your time.
We tried WW for Sunday brunch today and were quite disappointed. The brunch menu says the brunch plates are served with beignets, but when we saw some going out to other customers we asked and were informed by our server that we had to "ask" for them. That's like having to ask for caesar dressing on your caesar salad. If it's on the menu it needs to be served. My wife had the croque manseur and was disappointed that shaved ham and minimal cheese was used. My blueberry pancakes were small, doughy, and cooled even further by syrup straight from the refrigerator.
The food was nothing to write home about and definitely NOT worth the money spent. The food was extremely greasy and had that old oil taste. The hostess were deep in a personal conversation when my husband and I walked in, that they didn't even stop to greet us, ask us how many, or anything. Then when I politely asked how long the wait would be for a table for two (since it was a Saturday night and there were others waiting) one of the girls looked disgusted that I interrupted and the other answered semi-politely until I said that amount of time (20mins) would be fine, then she got attitude. THIS IS DEFINITELY A PLACE WE WILL NOT BE VISITING AGAIN!! Ho
We had breakfast here this morning and decided to try the chicken fried steak and eggs breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised to find their version to be one of the best in the region (I know, CFS is like kryptonite). Anyway the CFS was crispy, meaty and flavorful. The eggs were cooked properly (not to be taken for granted). One item I really appreciated is that the biscuit was split and then griddled making it crunchy and tasty. We've eaten breakfast there frequently and never had a problem and always enjoyed the food and service.
My husband and I went by the factory yesterday while enjoying our Sunday afternoon. We both got some cheesecake of course, but Jennifer was the thing that made the day. She was a very pleasant person to encounter. We go out often and most wait people are less than kind. They seem put off but not Jennifer. Thanks for the great service. Oh and she needs to try the White Chocolate Raspberry.
