        Overall

        This has got to be the worst restoration company I've seen. They are working on my elderly neighbor’s house and they have been taken forever to get them back in their home. They are not taking care of their personal items - handling them very carelessly and without concern. I see my neighbors come by their home, which was beautifully maintained, everyday looking very tired and sad. This company also has used electricity from other homes on the block and they have been told not to use it. I really which there was something I could do to help them but it's out of my hands but we have all decided to write on their site about what we see.
