        While I am aware that this company does mostly commercial work, he (Chris Denboer) could not have been more willing to listen to what we need, help us navigate many decisions, and did a beautiful job of installing our residential hot water heater, cleaning up several issues left behind by the previous install. While I know this was not a big job for him, I felt like his most important customer. He was also very generous with his knowledge and articulate with explanations which I always appreciate.
